Education and Income:
q Elementary school graduates were the highest proportion among the survey population (23%). Those who were high school graduates accounted for 20%, and the same was true of those who received only ‘some’ high school education. College graduates were only 15% of  all respondents. 
q Incomes were generally low among the survey population.  Approximately a quarter had an annual income of $5,000 or less, and 17% were in the $5,000 to $9,999 category.  Those whose income ranged from $10,000 to $14,999 per year accounted for only 13% of the respondents.
