Community Needs: Garment Workers

need for more employment opportunities was the second highest priority for garment
workers (following Sanitation), and affordable
housing was the 3rd highest. Access
to health insurance was significantly more important– ranking 5th in the order
of priorities (whereas it ranked 10th with business owners).
