top three priorities were the same for business owners as for all survey respondents
(Sanitation,
Employment opportunities, and Affordable housing)
although more employment opportunities came 2nd instead of 3rd.
The other notable difference is that ‘loans to
start or assist small businesses’ was 8th in the order
of priorities, compared to 16th for all respondents.
