q The overwhelming issue for all respondents was improving Chinatown’s ‘Sanitation’, followed by the need for ‘More affordable housing’ and ‘More employment opportunities’.  Improved traffic conditions, and more parking spaces ranked 5th  and 7th , respectively, in the order of priorities.
