Chinatown Household Survey
  • This household survey was designed to gather the opinions and attitudes of individuals who live, work, and/or visit the Chinatown community.

  • The survey, available in both Chinese and English translation, was organized into three topic areas:

  • Conclusion:

  • There are three key priorities that Chinatown should address to maintain its viability as a healthy, dynamic community:

          • Sanitation
          • Affordable Housing
          • Employment

  • Improved traffic conditions and additional parking spaces are next on the priority list, particularly because of their impact on the viability of Chinatown businesses, and consequently on employment.
